FAQs
How long will the detail take?
Generally, an interior cleaning will take anywhere from 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours. A full exterior & interior detail will take 2 to 4 hours. The time of the detail is determined by the size and condition of the vehicle. We charge a flat fee for our details, so you don’t have to worry about “hourly charges” being added to your bill.
Will you be able to remove the stains from my seats?
We have tackled all types of stubborn stains, and we pride ourselves on our ability to remove them! We do everything in our power and use a variety of techniques to remove seat (and carpet) stains. However, we cannot promise that every spot can be removed. Several factors affect stain removal, such as the material, the type of stain, and how long it’s been there.
How long will it take for my car interior to dry?
We use the minimum amount of water and shampoo necessary to clean your interior. When being cleaned, the seats are not soaked. With that being said, if it’s a relatively comfortable temperature outside, your interior will be 80%-90% dry by the time we’re done with the detail. After another hour or so, it should be 100% dry to the touch. Please keep in mind that your interior will take longer to dry if it’s cold outside.
Are there any extra charges or hidden fees?
No! Our pricing is transparent, so you won’t have any surprises. Our listed prices are flat fees, there is no tax added to our services. Since we are mobile, we do charge a small travel fee to offset rising gas prices. The travel fee is automatically added when you create an estimate using our online booking system so that you know your cost ahead of time.
If there are any additional charges due to the condition of the vehicle, you will be notified before we start the detail.
Do you come to apartment/condo complexes?
Yes, we detail at apartment buildings and condo complexes (assuming the property management approves it). We do require that the car is in a location with enough space to move around. We need enough room to open all of the doors to work comfortably.
Garages: The same goes for detailing in garages. If we can, we will. The biggest problems with working in a garage are not having enough room to open the car doors and not having sufficient lighting to do our job thoroughly.
Please keep in mind that if you do not have a power outlet available, then we will use a generator for power. Generators are very loud and can disrupt neighbors at times.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my appointment?
In the case of bad weather (rain or snow), we will contact you via phone or text on the morning of your appointment to reschedule. We will try to get you rescheduled for the soonest date and time available. We try to accommodate schedule changes as much as possible.
Do you do ceramic coatings?
No, at this time we do not offer ceramic coatings.
What parts of the Chicago area do you service?
We service the city of Chicago, the Southwest suburbs, and Northwest Indiana.
Do you require my credit card to book an appointment?
No! Unlike many companies, we do not charge a deposit to book your appointment, nor do we require you to provide your credit card info to book your appointment. Payment is taken AFTER the job is completed.
Do you offer a discount for multiple vehicles?
We have priced our services at a very fair and affordable price. Because of this, we are not able to offer discounts on multiple vehicles.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We also offer payment plans (“Buy Now Pay Later”) via Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm.
